The undersigned General Director of the Verification Unit, declares that I have no conflict of interest with clients and suppliers, who request and provide services, for the verification unit, performing my functions and responsibilities, as established in the Quality Manual, Therefore, under oath to tell the truth, I declare:

Commit to the Impartiality of internal and external interest verification work, ensuring that there is no conflict of interest in verification activities.

Safeguard the confidentiality of the information to which you have access in the performance of verification activities.

Commit to the development and implementation of the management system seeking to achieve effective and consistent compliance with this Mexican Standard.

Monitor the verification activities of your staff in the Verification Unit.

Monitor the proper orientation to our customers.

Monitor the adequate service of our suppliers.

Monitor the verification activities of the technical personnel of the verification unit, as well as the technical opinions issued as a result of the verification tasks.

Protect the information, complying with the document control procedure established in the quality manual.

Conduct myself in an impartial and non-discriminatory manner in handling the complaints and appeals procedure.
